If there is an obvious error in a price or product description, CSS reserves the right to correct the error and contact you before processing the order.
Customers are responsible for following manufacturer instructions and warnings and using products as intended.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
For current delivery charges and estimated delivery timeframes, please refer to our Shipping Information.

This includes choosing the wrong product, colour, size or quantity, or simply deciding that the product is no longer wanted.
Where CSS agrees to accept a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Return freight may be the customer's responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or other applicable New Zealand law.

7. Faulty Products & Warranties
If a product appears to be faulty or defective, please contact CSS as soon as reasonably practicable.
