Any electrical products that have been opened and used on any hair are unable to be returned for credit due to health & safety legal requirements.

Please ensure you select the correct electrical item to fit your requirements.

Your new electrical item must be cared for correctly to ensure you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Hair Dryer Maintenance & Warranty

• Products are guaranteed to be free of any manufactured defects or defects in workmanship. Proof of purchase must be supplied for any claim.

• Dryers can overheat or shutdown if too much lint builds up. If the dryer runs too hot or the airflow seems weak, the filter should be cleaned.

• The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

• Appliances that have been dropped or have been damaged due to the user negligence, or that have been purchased on TradeMe, Ebay, Amazon or internet auction sites will not be covered under the warranty.
