Shipping Information

New Zealand Only

  • Standard/Metro Shipping: $8.70 per order
  • Rural Shipping: $12.00 per order
  • 1-2 day targeted delivery within Metro areas.
  • 1-3 day targeted delivery for Rural areas.
  • During public holidays and weekends, parcels are sent the next available working/business day.
  • There may be delays in receiving parcels during public holidays.
  • Parcels sent on Fridays are delivered on Monday. There no Saturday deliveries.

Signature Required / Non Signature Required:

  • Signature Required service is our standard service. For this service, someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.
    If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the courier will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange a re-delivery of your parcel.

  • If you would prefer your package to be sent NON SIGNATURE REQUIRED, please add "NON SIGNATURE REQUIRED" or "ATL" in your delivery instructions. This means you have Authorised To Leave the parcel without acquiring a signature. The courier will leave your package in a safe place at the address provided, whether attended or not.

  • If the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange re-delivery. By doing so, you release Combined Salon Supplies from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery has been made.

Tracking your order

  • All orders dispatched receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to see the status of the delivery. All parcels can be tracked unless otherwise stated.


All products are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every product has a different warranty period. Please contact us if there are any queries.

  • We do not accept returns after 10 days of invoice date
  • If an items appears to be faulty, we will have it assessed once sent back and we will cover the return postage and re-postage
  • We under no circumstances accept returns on a used hair appliance
  • Hair appliances will only be accepted as a return if the product has not been opened or used and it is in original packaging
  • We will not refund a hair appliance that has been sent back to us, if it has been opened or used or is not in re-sellable condition and the buyer will be responsible for the postage cost back
